As result of the continued challenges faced due to the COVID-19 pandemic we have taken the very difficult decision to pause our early careers programmes in 2020. As a result we are not currently accepting any applications, but the following information details some of the opportunities we offer in normal circumstances.
In addition to our Technology and Engineering Graduate Programme, we have also been bringing graduates into a number of other roles across the business.
All of our early career opportunities are permanent and offer development pathways. Aside from our formal early careers offering all current opportunities are posted on our job pages.
This programme enables recent graduates from a broad range of backgrounds with a passion for sales to join well-established teams and develop skills within the full life cycle of selling, supported by a tailored training programme over a two year period. At the end of the programme, participants are placed into the Pre-Sales, New Business or Account Management teams.
We hire a small number of both graduate and 18+ year old school leaver apprentices onto our Finance Early Careers Programme. All of our participants work towards a CIMA qualification and rotate within the Finance function to undertake a broad range of placements before looking to focus and specialise post-qualification.
To date rotations have included time spent in Tax and Treasury, Accounts Payable, Group Reporting and Billing Ops & Revenue Assurance.
Our IT team welcomes 18+ year old school leaver apprentices into the team to support on our busy helpdesk working towards an apprenticeship as an Infrastructure Technician or Network Engineer.
We regularly look for early careers talent to join us in roles across the business as the need arises. Recent past hires have seen school leavers join roles in our People and Marketing functions.
